Lemon juice is regarded as one of the best things for detoxification. So, if you are planning for a detoxification program; start it with lemon juice. Add one whole lemon juice to a cup of warm water. This is known to perform wonders and is healthy too!
You can take fruits and vegetables like apples, beets, carrots, celery, cabbage and grape juice for a refreshing detoxifying drink. You can take one juice at a time and continue in this way for few days. These also work in an effective way by giving you excellent results.
Green drinks are again excellent for detoxifying your body. They are wonderful and help your body to flush out the toxins in a much effective way. Some of the green leafy vegetables are kale, spinach, swiss chard, and collards.
This is a miraculous combination of all the healing vegetables. Take 3 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, 3 kale leaves, 2 beets, 1/4th pound spinach, ½ bunch parsley, ½ clove garlic, and ½ head of cabbage. You can either make a juice out of them or boil them in water. But do not add any seasonings.
This is another effective cleansing recipe, where you take 1 pint of distilled water, 2 tbsp of natural maple sugar, and 1/4th lemon juice and cayenne pepper. You can have this for a tasty detoxification program.
Note: Do not combine fruit and vegetable juices.
